About Us

Mercedes has been in the insurance business since 2017 and considers it a true blessing to serve and support minority communities with their insurance needs. Born in Neyba, Dominican Republic, she earned her master’s degree in nursing from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, specializing in nurse-midwifery.

Mercedes practiced nursing in the Dominican Republic for eight years before relocating to Madrid, Spain, where she continued her healthcare career for another 10 years. Eventually, she moved to the United States, bringing with her a lifelong dedication to helping others. Though nursing will always remain close to her heart, her introduction to the insurance industry in 2017 opened a new path to serve her community—a journey she finds meaningful and deeply rewarding.
